Who Am I? HOW MIGHT WE WORK TOGETHER?

It's great to “meet” you — I’m Sydney Kastner (she/hers), and I’m passionate about people (and, apparently, alliteration). As an educator, I’ve spent my career developing and facilitating curriculum for students ages 6-80. My academic expertise is in well-being research, having graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters in Applied Positive Psychology program.

While based in New Orleans, I enjoy working with folks all over the globe! I love my dog, Chipwich, my family and friends, New Orleans (and all of its food and music), playing tennis and volleyball, and cheering on UVA sports (wahoowa!).

As a former elementary school educator, director of fellowship programming for adults, and camp counselor, I get immense joy from coaching and facilitating learning experiences. I also excel at project planning, organization, and creating systems.

Like many of you, I am on the lifelong journey of recognizing my complicity in white supremacy culture and unlearning while growing from my mistakes. I bring this growing awareness of my identity, privilege, and responsibility as a cis-gendered heterosexual white woman into my work.

Please schedule time with me so that I can learn more about you, your needs and how we might work together.
